Arthur E. “Art” Wagoner, age 73, of Cameron, Illinois, passed away at
7:53 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at OSF Holy Family Medical Center in Monmouth, Illinois. He was born January 2, 1947 in Rock Island,
Illinois, the son of Donald L. and Georgia Marie (Henderson) Wagoner.
Art attended Westmer High School in Joy, Illinois. On December 11, 1995,
he married Mary Anne Tinker in Whitesboro, Texas and she is surviving.
Art was previously married to Jan Olds. Art worked for Lowe’s in
Missouri, California, Texas, and Illinois. Lastly, he was the Post
Master Replacement in the Berwick, Illinois Post Office. Art very much
enjoyed reading, both fiction and non-fiction. For the past several
years, he offered his loving care to Mary Anne.

Art is survived by his wife Mary Anne of Cameron, Illinois, two
daughters, Jennifer Wagoner of Georgia and Jamie Wagoner of Texas, four
grandchildren, Princeton, Steven, Ravin, and Keebler and three
step-children, John (Shannon)Strause, Robert Strause, and Kelly
Schilling. He is also survived by one brother, Don (Jeanette) Wagoner of
Arkansas. Art is preceded in death by his parents.

As were Art’s wishes, cremation is being accorded. No services are
planned. A memorial is being established for the local Evening Lions
Club Camp for Children.
