We are aiming to pump an additional $5,000 – $10,000 directly into our local economy through this effort!
Here’s how it works:
? Enter your information here: https://bit.ly/GACCsecretsanta2020; your personal information is only shared with your Secret Santa
? You then fill in your wishlist for your Secret Santa to know a little more about your likes (see comments for how to add your own local businesses to your wishlist)
? Sign-up deadline is Sunday, December 6
? Receive your random selected giftee on Monday, December 7 via the email you used at registration
? Purchase a gift valued at $35 from a local small business by Friday, December 18
A business can sponsor any number of spots they would like and make their receiving gifts a donation to a greater cause or gifts for their staff! They gift give for someone else AND get something to gift on as well!
Individuals can customize their wishlist for themselves or for a cause – their choice!

Our second roll out is the announcement of a new Facebook group focused strictly on #ShopSmall in the surrounding Burg area. BUY IN THE BURG is an interactive shopping guide to assist our local small businesses spread the word about their offerings. Instead of a static shopping guide or sales flyer, this changes and flows with each day and allows for customers to view and comment on goods! It is the perfect platform to show gift ideas, share specials and sales, and to provide general shopping information – all in one spot. Chamber members get free consultation with me to help get them started with posting their own business experience in this group. Email me to schedule a visit!
