Abingdon-Avon and Knoxville will be leaving the Prairieland for the Lincoln Trail conference, opening the doors to keep Macomb and West Hancock. The other schools in the Prairieland Conference include, Bushnell-Prairie City, Farmington, Elmwood-Brimfield, Havana, Lewistown, North Fulton, South Fulton, Illini West, Rushville-Industry and Peoria Heights.

Macomb Athletic Director Steve Horrell will take the request to the Macomb School Board to seek approval at the November 16th board meeting.
