Imogene Crow, 89, of East Galesburg, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020, 12:50 AM, at Knox County Nursing Home, Knoxville.

Imogene was born on August 28, 1931 in East Galesburg. She was the daughter of Clifford and Bernice (Traynor) Lufkin. She married Leonard Crow on July 25, 1949 in Galesburg Illinois. Together they celebrated 54 years of marriage. Leonard preceded her in death on April 22, 2004. Imogene is survived by her children, Phillip (Jalayne) Crow of East Galesburg, Jeannie (Steve) Westbay of Knoxville, and Marty (Nancy) Crow of Galesburg; two siblings, Terry Lufkin of Texas and Jerry Lufkin of Arizona; four grandchildren, Kristine Crow, Lacie Westbay Clark, Jacob Crow, and Mitchell Westbay; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings.

Imogene grew up in East Galesburg. She worked at Gale Products and the P.E.O Home. After retirement, Imogene and Leonard enjoyed camping in their motorhome, along the Mississippi River. Imogene loved to go to yard sales and gardening. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed preparing big meals, hosting fish fries, and baking. Most of all, she enjoyed every moment she spent with her family.  

Per Imogene’s request cremation rites have been accorded. A private family burial of cremated remains will be held at the Knoxville Cemetery, Knoxville, Illinois.
