Nancy J. Westfall, 85, of Galesburg, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020, 10:16 AM at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Nancy was born on August 8, 1935 in Stark County, Illinois. She was the daughter of Grafton and Kathryn (DeWolfe) Yelm. Nancy married Willie Westfall in February 1956 in Galesburg. Together they celebrated 53 years of marriage before his death on June 24, 2009. She is survived by her children, Rahnee Tessier-Boydstun of Galesburg; Ricki Westfall of Galesburg; and Robbi (Doug) Niles of Knoxville; sister, Donna (Don) Stodgel of Galesburg; grandchildren, Jennifer Niles, Cody Niles, Craig Niles, Colton Niles, Jarrod Tessier and T.J. (Sarah) Tessier; and six great-grandchildren. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother, Roger.

Nancy was a graduate of the class of 1953 at ROVA High School. She was of Methodist faith. Nancy loved to go camping, getting a great bargain at a yard sale, and taking a long drive out in the country. She never knew a stranger and found the good in everyone and every situation. Nancy loved her family unconditionally, and always made sure goodbyes were said. She was loved greatly and will be greatly missed.  

A private family graveside service will be held at Westfall Cemetery, Victoria. Memorials may be made to the Knox County Humane Society. Arrangements have been entrusted with Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes and Crematory, Knoxville. On-line condolences and expressions of sympathy may be made through www.hurd-hendricksfuneralhome.com
