Patty Ann Horaney, 63, of Galesburg, died at 11:13 a.m. Friday, November 27, 2020 at Galesburg Cottage Hospital, Galesburg.

Patty was born April 24, 1957 in Galesburg, the daughter of Robert William and Rosemary (Tederman) Horaney.  Patty is survived by one brother, John (Dawn) Horaney of Galesburg; one sister, Mary Jo (Richard) Porter of Champaign; 3 nieces and 3 nephews; one great niece and one great nephew: and a special cousin, Jim Jackson of Tuckerton, NJ.  Along with her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her twin brother, Joseph J. “Jose” Horaney.

Patty worked at Butler Mfg for many years.  After Butler closed, Patty worked at the Knights of Columbus Hall as well as the Kensington.  She was an avid Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers fan; enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her cats.  Patty was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.

Private family services will be held at Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory.  Father Lee Brokaw will officiate.  No public visitation will be held.  Private burial will at St. Joseph Cemetery, Galesburg.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society.  Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com
