Receive Physical Therapy Through Direct Access

Throughout the coronavirus and not being able to get out and about like normal can take a toll on the body. With direct access, anyone can now receive physical therapy to address any aches and pains without a doctor referral explains Cottage Rehab and Sports Medicine Clinic Manager Doug Price:

“I think a lot of people think therapy is ‘Oh I have to go to physical therapy because I had my knee replaced or I had my ACL reconstructed or I had rotator cuff surgery.’ I think they think it is just post-surgical rehab, well, yes we certainly do that, but what therapy is, is if you have a pain somewhere in your neck, wrist, finger, big toe, or ankle, anywhere in your body if you have a pain involving the skeletal system, muscles, or any of that, that is what we are there for, to treat those pains.”
