Sandra Kay Huff, 74 of Oquawka, IL passed away at 9:50 am, Sunday, January 10, 2021 at her home.

Sandra was born October 26, 1946 in Monmouth, IL the daughter of Richard Eugene and Margaret Eileen (Felar) Shaw.  She was raised and educated in Oquawka and graduated from Union High School in 1964. 

Sandra worked for many years at Hamilton’s Grocery Store in Oquawka, IL. She later worked many years as the City of Oquawka Village Clerk before retiring in 2017.

She enjoyed shopping, helping out with the Oquawka Toy Drive, baking and spending as much time as possible with her family and friends.

Survivors include her 2 daughters, Angie (Jeff) Peterson and Cindy (John) Fedler both of Oquawka, IL; 3 grandchildren, Austin Bigger, Jordyn Peterson and Nick (Kaitlyn) Fedler; 1 great grandson, Braxton Bigger; 1 sister, Pat Simpson of Oquawka, IL; 1 nephew, Jeff Simpson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Sandra K. Huff Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home. McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, IL is in charge of the arrangements.
