The Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce would like to relocate the Farmers Market to the Northeast quadrant of the town square on Fridays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The Chamber will also be moving Market Alley Music Days to Friday evenings to create a weekly community event. MACC Director David Wise presented City Council with a signed petition from all businesses located in the Northeast portion of the square showing their approval of the request.

A motion was made to approve the event and was approved.

More information on this event will be advertised on the Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce social media/website as well as the City of Monmouth’s Social media.
