Irish Hill Academy in Cameron will begin offering riding lessons in mid-march. Lessons are typically 30 minutes and in small groups for children as young as three years old, shares owner Rebecca Curry:

“What we teach is basically equitation so we teach people how to correctly ride and we are geared toward the show ring so we do compete as well. Our goal is to teach you how to correctly ride, to sit correctly and to have good balance.”

Curry explains Western, Hunt Seat, and Saddle Seat lessons are offered for all beginner through advanced riders.
