Statewide Seven Day Positive COVID Average at 3.9%

Share

Illinois’ coronavirus numbers are improving. The state’s Department of Public Health yesterday reported just 23-hundred new positives and a seven-day positive-average of three-point-nine-percent. Some of that is because the state is coming off of a slower weekend of testing, but the IDPH says Illinois’ numbers have been steadily falling since the beginning of last month. So far, doctors and nurses in Illinois have given-out almost one-million of the one-point-eight-million vaccine doses Illinois has received.
