Arrest made after retail theft in Oquawka

On Wednesday, March 10th, at 10:30am a Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Ryan S. Lumbeck, age 19 of Oquawka, for Retail Theft. It is alleged Lumbeck had stolen items from Fisher Food Center in Oquawka. Lumbeck is currently in the Henderson County Jail on $2,500 bond. Retail Theft is a Class A. Misdemeanor which a carries a fine of $75 to $2500 with jail time of less than one year. Lumbeck is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
