On 03/16/2021 at 7:47PM, a Lomax Police Officer arrested Preston M. Smith of Lomax, IL age: 24 on a traffic stop on Il Rt. 96 at So. Aviston St. in the Village of Lomax.
This traffic stop led in the arrest of Smith on a Henderson County Felony Warrant for Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding.
Smith was transported to the Henderson County Jail by the Lomax Police Department to be processed, booked in and then placed into jail.
Smith’s bond on his warrant is $10,000.00 10% to apply.
