Compared to the previous three years before the pandemic, this past year screening mammograms have decreased across the United States by 87%. 93% less people are getting pap smears, CT scans, which is a screening for lung cancer have decreased by 38%, colonoscopies were down 90%, and prostate cancer screenings were down 60%.”

COVID protocols remain in place at OSF HealthCare to ensure the safety of all entering the hospital or clinic. Appointments can be scheduled online at osfhealthcare.org/get-screened or by calling 734-1414.
