After a year of being shut down by the pandemic, the Warren Achievement Center Day Services Program is gearing up to reopen in the coming days. Marketing Director Sean Cavanaugh says the program will operate at a limited capacity at first:
“Returning back to normal and getting back to it is something that everyone is looking forward to. It is going to be a limited capacity at first. It will be restricted to those who are living in Warren Achievement Center operated residential facilities. Those that say live with their parents in town or wherever, we don’t have the okay to allow those back into the day program facility just yet.”
As for Warren County Public Transportation, Cavanaugh informs there has been an uptick in rides. For in town services, rides are only $1. Rides to Cameron, Kirkwood, and Little York are $3 one way and trips to Roseville are $5. On average, 55,000 rides are given per year.
