Monmouth City Council Approves CBR Grant Reimbursement to Alfano’s Pizzeria for Rehabilitation Project

Over the last year and a half, the Monmouth City Council has seen a lot of activity in commercial building improvements through the façade program and the commercial building rehabilitation grant reimbursement in the Downtown TIF. Alfano’s Pizzeria has been the most recent business to apply for compete replacement of their roof explains City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher:

“They have a need to replace the roof on their property at 204 and 206 South Main. That project is almost $14,000 and it qualifies for reimbursement under the Downtown TIF Commercial Building Rehabilitation program in the amount of $4,170.”

The motion made by Alfano’s was approved by City Council.
