Newly Elected Officials Sworn in on Monmouth City Council

At the recent Monmouth City Council meeting, following the April 6th consolidated general election, the newly elected city officials were sworn in by 9th Judicial Circuit Judge Standard. Mayor Rod Davies shares the appointed officials:

“He swore in Justin Thomas into his second term as 1st Ward Alderman, Susan Twomey for her third term as 2nd Ward Alderwoman, Juan Pinedo as his second term as 3rd Ward Alderman, John Vanvleet was sworn in into his first term as 4th Ward Alderman and Susan Trevor was sworn into her 6th Term as City Clerk.”

Davies was also sworn into his 5th term as Mayor of the City of Monmouth. Meanwhile Mayor Davies also recognized Roger Blackman for his 34 years of service to the citizens of Monmouth and former 4th Ward Alderman Dan Heatherly for his 21 years of service to the community.
