The Chicago Cubs and White Sox are boosting fan capacity later this month. Both clubs will be able to fill the stands at 60 percent capacity at the end of May. That’s up from 25 percent currently. In addition Illinois Governer JB Pritzker says certain areas will be designated for vaccinated fans only.
The Cubs and White Sox are requiring those who purchase tickets for those areas to show a photo ID and proof of vaccination.
