Arrest made for failure to appear in Henderson County

Henderson County Sheriff, Donald E. Seitz releases, on Sunday, May 27th, 2021 at 1:06AM, a Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Anthony Zayas of Oquawka, IL, age: 43 at the Henderson County Jail in the Village of Oquawka. Zayas was wanted for a $2500.00, 10% to apply for a Failure to Appear, Henderson County Warrant for two counts of Driving While License Suspended and Speeding.

Zayas was taken into custody and then processed at the Henderson County Jail. Zayas posted bond with a court date of 06/23/2021 at 10:00AM.

ALL SUBJECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
