Burlington Woman Arrested for Possession of Adult Use Cannabis

Henderson County Sheriff, Donald E. Seitz releases, on Sunday, May30th, 2021 at 1:10AM, a Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputy initiated a traffic stop at Smith St. and Old 34 in the Village of Gulfport.

The Deputy arrested Anjela M. Perez of Burlington, IA, age: 28 for Driving While License Revoked and Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in a motor vehicle.

After a search of Perez’s vehicle, the Deputy located a THC Vape in the console of the car.

The Deputy transported Perez to the Henderson County Jail, where she was processed. Perez was given a Notice to Appear, with a court date of 06/30/2021 at 10:00AM.

ALL SUBJECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
