Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) West Central Illinois Task Force (WCITF) served a narcotics search warrant at 1552 Township Road 2550 North, Oquawka, on June 25th, 2021. The WCITF was assisted by Quad-City Metropolitan Enforcement Group, Illinois State Police SWAT Team, and the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.
WCITF Agents seized 148 grams of ICE methamphetamine, hypodermic syringes, drug paraphernalia, and an undisclosed amount of United States Currency.
WCITF Agents arrested Robert A. Doss, 37-year-old male of Oquawka, Illinois for one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine over 15 grams (Class 1 Felony), one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor), and three active arrest warrants. Michael A. Abbott, 32-year-old male of Oquawka, Illinois was arrested for one count of Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams (Class 3 Felony), one count of Possession of Hypodermic Syringes (Class A Misdemeanor), and one active arrest warrant. Chelsea M. Roller, 34-year-old female of Oquawka, Illinois for one count of Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams (Class 3 Felony), one count of Possession of Hypodermic Syringes (Class A Misdemeanor), and one active arrest warrant. Emily A. Kay, 29-year-old female of Oquawka, Illinois for one count of Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams (Class 3 Felony) and one active arrest warrant. All individuals arrested were lodged at the Henderson County Jail awaiting bond.
