Services at Jamieson Community Center continue to expand and grow to provide for the Monmouth community. Executive Director Nancy Mowen informs Senior Nutrition Meals, the Thrift Store, and Summer Meals are all running smoothly as well as the Food Pantry:

“Families with children can come every week. If there are no children in the household, people can come two times per month. For food we have meat, we have milk, we have eggs, we have vegetables, we have fruit, we have everything on My Plate. We hand them out according to the My Plate when we distribute so that people are getting a healthy balanced diet.”

The Food Pantry is open Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm. Meanwhile tutoring with the Pattee Learning Center for Warren County children in 1st through 6th grade is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 9:55 am. For more information on any of the services at Jamieson Community Center, call 309-734-4251.
