GALESBURG — Carl Sandburg College softball sophomore left fielder Rylee Krebsbach (Aledo, Ill./Sherrard) was named to the 2021 All-Region IV Division II District B Second Team after leading the Chargers in numerous offensive categories this spring.
Krebsbach, who also was named to this year’s All-Arrowhead Conference team, played in a team-high 30 games and led the Chargers with 102 plate appearances, a .424 batting average, .436 on-base percentage, 1.032 OPS, 59 total bases, 42 hits, 31 singles, six triples, and five steals (in five attempts).
Krebsbach also finished second among Chargers in slugging percentage (.592), RBIs (22), extra-base hits (11) and was third on the team with 22 runs scored.
