Former Illini Standout Ayo Dosunmu Drafted by Chicago Bulls

Ayo Dosunmu is staying in Chicago.  The Illinois guard and Windy City native was drafted by the Bulls with the number-38 overall pick in the second round of last night’s NBA Draft.  The Morgan Park High School grad earned consensus First Team All-America honors last season as a junior after averaging 20.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5.3 assists.  He led the Illini to a 24-and-7 record, a Big Ten Tournament championship and a number-one seed in the NCAA Tournament.
