McDonough county updates since Wednesday 7/28/21:  

74 new cases

43 females 31 males

•  8 under 10
​•  9 in their 10s

•  12 in their 20s
•  14 in their 30s
•  6 in their 40s​

•  13 in their 50s
​•  6 in their 60s​

•  4 in their 70s
​•  2 in their 80s

58 newly recovered cases

Schuyler county updates since Wednesday 7/28/21:

18 new cases

7 females 11 males

•  5 under 10
•  5 in their 20s

•  3 in their 30s​
•  1 in their 40s

•  4 in their 50s​​

8 newly recovered cases


Contact tracing investigation is being conducted to follow up with close contacts and advise of potential exposure and steps they will need to take to monitor their health as well as any quarantine instructions. By tracing contacts, the individual had prior to the diagnosis, risk of additional transmission is reduced. ​


As of Wednesday 8/4/21:


• 22,233 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in McDonough County.Of those given 11,493 people have been fully vaccinated (received two doses). 
 •​ 5,426 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Schuyler County.Of those given 2,792 people have been fully vaccinated (received two doses).
