University Of Iowa Only Big Ten University Not Requiring Masks, Vaccines

There are two ways to look at the coronavirus rules at the University of Iowa this fall. One, the school is giving students and faculty members the most freedom to decide about their own health. Or two, the University of Iowa is the only Big Ten university not requiring masks or vaccinations this fall. Regents said months ago they will not require masks or vaccines because everyone who wants to get the vaccine can, and anyone who wants to wear a mask is free to do so.
