The Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce will host their two-day “City Wide Sales” event, this Friday and Saturday, September 24-25. Executive Director Kelli Kinzer says that businesses both large and small, including those that are home-based, are encouraged to participate.

“It’s not just for yard sales,” Kinzer said. “It’s also for any of our area businesses who want to participate.

“You can set up at your home, your church, really wherever is most convenient for you.”

Kinzer said the goal of the event is “to bring as many people as we can to our community and to see everything that is great about Monmouth.”

For more information about the “City Wide Sales” event, contact the Chamber at (309) 734-3181.
