The Illinois 102nd General Assembly reconvenes Tuesday, October 26th in Springfield for the second week of the fall veto session. One of the main items to be discussed is the newly proposed congressional maps, which 74th District State Representative Dan Swanson is calling a moving target:

Swanson says state legislators will also be discussing the Parent Notification Act, where parents of a teen under the age of 18 would not have to be notified of an abortion. Also, on the veto session agenda is the Healthcare Right of Conscious Act, which healthcare providers are utilizing this act as their objection to not receiving the mandated COVID-19 vaccine.
