Arrest Made in Connection to Possible Threat Toward Monmouth-Roseville High School

On November 17, 2021 at approximately 9:20pm a report was made to the Monmouth Police Department advising of a possible violent threat towards Monmouth-Roseville High School on November 18, 2021.  Officers knew through the initial reporting that the suspect was a juvenile and was not on the high school campus.  The juvenile suspect was located at their residence in the 300 block of N. G St. in Monmouth and subsequently taken into custody.  Charges are pending via the Warren County State’s Attorney’s office.

United School District Joins Vision 2030

At the recent United Board of Education meeting, the Board voted and approved United’s involvement in a joint effort across the state of Illinois in Vision 2030, created to foster
