Dickens on the Square Is Back and Bringing Holiday Cheer!

The 27TH annual Dickens on the Square will be held Friday, December 3rd and Saturday, December 4th in historic downtown Macomb. City officials have met with the McDonough County Health Department for guidance in making this year’s event safe and successful. Complete with all of your favorites, including horse-drawn trolley rides, living
windows, festival of trees, children’s shopping mall, Santa visits, strolling carolers, Victorian characters and much more! This year’s event will also feature live reindeer sleigh rides for children, and a holiday light show in Chandler Park. All CDC guidelines will be followed.

“We are very excited to be able to return this year,” stated Downtown Development Director, Kristin Terry. “We look forward to seeing the community and visitors coming to downtown and enjoying the holiday festivities,” added Terry.
