Monmouth-Roseville Senior Zayda Martin is set to perform in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. The Baritone player says she has always loved playing music….

“In 5th grade we started trying out instruments and I immediately fell in love with the low brass section. I wanted to originally be a Tuba player, but we didn’t have Tuba’s at the time. So I stuck with the Baritone and it kinda went from there. “

Martin will perform as part of the All-America ensemble in the 95th annual Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 25th.
