Local ICS student is making a name for herself and breaking into the movie business. Gwyn Ray will be starring in the Christian film ‘No Vacancy,’ which is to be released in 2022, alongside T.C. Stallings, Dean Cain, and Sean Young. The movie is based on a true story following a jaded reporter that is demoted to a rural news station when she is slowly transformed after befriending a recovering addict while working a story about a church struggling to purchase a motel for homeless families. In the film, Ray will be portraying the character of Tazi:
“She is the littlest. She has a bigger sister and her mom is poor.”
Like any other movie star, Ray has already auditioned for her next role and has been cast in the mini-series ‘The Legend of Firelily.’
