Deadlines Approaching with the Local NRCS

The CRP continuous enrollment period is still ongoing at the local Farm Service Agency says District Conservationist Cathy Froelich:

“If you are interested in filter strips, preparing buffers, prairie strips, those types of high environmental areas, sensitive areas, come in and see us at the FSA. The sooner you come in and have a check, the earlier we can get paperwork done and everything.”

Meanwhile on the NRCS side, January 7th is the application deadline for EQUIP and CSP. Contact the Monmouth office at 309-734-9308.
