New construction and renovations are happening throughout the City of Monmouth as we hear from Zoning Director Joe Clark:
“The Monmouth Townhomes, they will start raising some structures and you start being able to see it from the street. They’ve got several of the duplex’s foundations in and poured and infrastructure done on them, so that is moving along great. Lakeshore Recycling Systems purchased the Alexander Lumber building and that is where they are going to base their trucks out of and they containers and do all of their repairs. Then the Vaugh building has been going under some minor renovations for a continued retail space. We are hoping in the new year that that space will be ready to go out for retail.”
The Monmouth Townhomes are the new 22 duplexes as 44 units that will be available for rent in the City of Monmouth.
