Illinois State University is getting a new athletics facility. The board of trustees approved a resolution Saturday for the construction of the nearly 12-million-dollar indoor training facility for student-athletes. The facility will be an inflatable dome. It will be used primarily as a practice facility for the Redbirds football, baseball, softball, and soccer teams.
