The Monmouth-Roseville Titan girls basketball team will take an unblemished (12-0) mark into the Cliff Warkins Memorial Basketball Classic Tournament on Monday morning. Despite most of their 12, pre-Christmas decisions being lopsided on the scoreboard, the Titans will enter the tourney coming off an exciting and physical 2-point, 46-44, victory over Camp Point Central/Southeastern on Saturday.

Titan girls head coach Scott Weber knows his ballclub is going to be pushed in the second half of the season and especially at the upcoming Holiday Tournament.

The Titans will open up the 12-school Warkins Classic on Monday with a 10am morning pool play game against the Peoria Heights/Quest co-op and then finish their 3-team pool play schedule with an afternoon contest against a Class 4A Junior Varsity team from Western Big Six Conference member, Moline. The tournament will take Tuesday off before playing the semi-finals on Wednesday and championship day will be on Thursday.
