After falling to state ranked Illini West, the Monmouth-Roseville girls basketball team has rattled off 3 huge wins. The Titans bounced back with a victory over Erie-Prophetstown 47-25. Monmouth-Roseville executed a great defensive game-plan, and made the necessary adjustments needed to capture the victory. The Titans then battled a handful of injuries, but relied on strong contributions from the bench in order to earn a hard-fought victory over Farmington. Monmouth-Roseville followed that up with a huge victory over Kewanee in a Three Rivers Conference cross-divison match up, defeating the Boilermakers 66-23. Head coach Scott Weber believes his team knows what it will take to be successful going forward.
