Coming off a year full of ribbon cuttings, some in-person events, and Business After Hours in the latter half, the Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for a great 2022, even with a ‘Plan B,’ as uncertainty still remains in place says Executive Director Pam Gaither:

“For the safety of our community members, we kind of have a ‘Plan B’ in place just because things we know might come back and we need to adjust. We planned that and going into 2022 we are obviously planning around having a ‘Plan B’ option also. Kind of going light into the new year. Business After Hours probably won’t start back up until March, just with everything the way that it is now, just being careful. We did roll out our sponsorship menu right before the holidays, where our members can sign up for being a sponsor for some of the numerous things that we do in the year.”

Gaither shares the Galesburg Chamber had 26 ribbon cutting ceremonies throughout 2021.
