M. Lorraine Heller, 87, of Biggsville, IL passed away at 3:25 am on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at the Oak Lane Nursing Home in Stronghurst, IL.

Lorraine was born on April 9, 1934 at her family home in Oneida, IL.  She is the daughter of Stewart Garrett and Marie (Asplund) Cox. Lorraine graduated from Knoxville High School in 1952.

Lorraine married William “Bill” Heller in Knoxville, IL on June 12, 1955 and he passed away on May 22, 2015.

Lorraine worked as a computer operator with the Twomey Company in Smithshire, IL for 30 years, retiring in 1996. She was a member of the Kirkwood United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, playing the piano, cooking and spending as much time as possible with her family.

Survivors include her daughter Deb (Roger) Cole of Gladstone, IL, one son Ron (Tami) Heller of Media, IL; grandchildren; Aaron (Rudi) Cole of Janesville, WI, Marissa (Kevin) Gibb of Biggsville, IL, Bradley (Taylor Anderson) Heller of Salt Lake City, UT, Mindy (Anthony Jensen) Heller of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Sarah (Loren) Duke of Salt Lake City, UT.  Also surviving are her great-grandchildren; Kylie, Gavin, and Annie Lorraine Cole, Connor, Cooper, Carter, and Casen Gibb, Maddox and Zola Liechty and Kora Giles, Miles  and Josie Jensen; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; 2 grandsons, Jeffrey Cole and Matthew Heller; 2 sisters, Marilyn Palombi and Fran Eklund.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, IL. Interment will be in Biggsville Cemetery, Biggsville IL.
