Mary Irene Wagher, 85, passed away peacefully at Seminary Manor, Galesburg on Thursday, February 10, 2022.

Mary was born on May 31, 136 in Victoria Township to Robert and Darlos (Larner) Lambert. Mary was a graduate of Knoxville High School.

She married the love of her life, Dale Wagher on June 20, 1954. She worked for Gates Rubber Company and retired from there. In Mary’s free time, she enjoyed traveling in her motorhome with her husband and seeing the States. She also had a passion for sewing and crafts. Mary loved animals and spending time on the river with friends.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Dale Wagher and close family and friends who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Roger Lambert and sister, Darlos “Maxine” Moshier.

Cremation rites have been accorded. No services are planned at this time. Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes & Crematory will be assisting the family with their arrangements. On-line condolences and/or expressions of sympathy may be sent through www.hurd-hendricksfuneralhome.com
