ICGA Board Member Rob Elliott Calls Rebuild of Lock 25 a Win

While supply chain challenges have caused concerns in the agricultural industry the past few years, local farmer and Illinois Corn Growers Association Board Member Rob Elliott says there is a win to celebrate as a rebuild of Lock and Dam 25 was included into the Infrastructure Bill:

Going from a 600-foot lock to a 1,200-foot lock, Elliott says there are seven more that will need rebuilt.
