Applications are available for nurse practitioner scholarships through the Illinois Farm Bureau. Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau President Jake Armstrong has more:

“It is a $4,000 scholarship. They award 15 of those throughout the state and we have had a recipient of these the last three years. It is due May 1st, and you can find all that at ilfb.org at Illinois Farm Bureau. We have links on our website to go there. If you have questions or issues, please call the office.”

Additionally, the Illinois Farm Bureau is also accepting applications for their Illinois Veterinary Education and Training loan program. Loans are available to second-year veterinary students attending any accredited college of veterinary medicine. More information on both of these applications can be found at http://whfarmbureau.org.
