Throughout this spring semester, a group of students along with Monmouth College Professor Francisco Angeles, are hosting a series of events designed to help the campus explore the region’s growing Hispanic community. The series, ‘Casa Sol,’ features two subjects, mental health and Hispanic cuisine, says Professor Angeles:

Latin American Foods are the other focus of ‘Casa Sol’ in a series entitled ‘La Cena del Sol,’ where students will prepare and discuss their favorite recipes, includes foods from Cuba, Venezuela, Brazil, and Peru.
