Club 41 Owner Andy Huston Exceeds Expectations with Premier Midwest Dining

Share

The past few years have definitely been challenging for everyone, but especially for those in the restaurant industry. With a long history of premier Midwest dining, Club 41 owner Andy Huston had one goal in mind when he took ownership:

“When I bought this place, I just wanted to get it right back to the way it used to be when I was a kid and people loved going there. What I am trying to do is when you sit down; I want you to have one of the best steaks that you can get in the state. We are growing and we have noticed here in the last four to six weeks is that we are getting a lot of customers in there that nobody has ever seen before, which is great. Our biggest hurdle that we have is when everybody shows up, everybody shows up at the same time.”

Club 41 is open Thursdays through Sundays in Saint Augustine.
