Monmouth City Council Hears First Reading of $30.6 Million Budget

Monmouth City Council heard the first reading of the ordinance to adopt the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget, which will then be on the agenda for the next Council Meeting on April 18th to hear the second reading, says City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher:

Water main and road reconstruction projects are expected to begin this summer.
