The Humane Society of Scott County is joining over two-hundred other animal shelters across America in an adoption event. The “Empty the Shelters” event will be from May second through the eighth next month. The highest pet adoption fee during the event will be only twenty-five-dollars. BISSELL Pet Foundation says the event has helped more than eighty-three-thousand pets get adopted since 2016.
