Local Organizations Working Together to Launch Nationally Recognized Diabetes Prevention Program

In partnership with Eagle View Health Systems and the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau, OSF HealthCare Holy Family Medical Center will hold an informational meeting for the CDC nationally recognized Diabetes Prevention Program on Thursday, May 12th at 5:30 pm at the Farm Bureau Building in Monmouth, says Diabetes Education Coordinator Tina Canada:

Following the informational meeting, the program will start off weekly beginning the first Thursday in June at 5:30 pm at the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau.
