A new business is coming to downtown Galesburg. Therapy for Positive Aging is the first business opening through the City of Galesburg’s Business Incentive Program out of the city’s American Rescue Plan Act funding, shares Knox County Area Partnership President Ken Springer:

“The business that is going to be launching is called Therapy for Positive Aging. It is an adult mental health counseling service that is targeted to older adults. The business is going to be opening up very soon in central downtown Galesburg. The proprietor of the business is Amanda Powell. Very, very excited to see the first project come out of those new business programs that were created.”
