Sandra L. Stegall, age 84, of Oneida, Illinois died at 5:30 P.M. on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Heartland Health Care Center in Galesburg, Illinois.

She was born on November 11, 1937 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of William and Hazel (Pierce) Donahue. She attended and graduated form ROVA High School. She married Herman Dean Stegall on April 28, 1957 at the former United Methodist Church in Oneida, Illinois. He preceded her in death on November 24, 2017.

Surviving is a daughter, Gaye (Jim) Henson of Oneida, Illinois; two grandchildren: Kaitlin (Tim) Denning of Mount Pleasant, Iowa and Brendan (Chelsey Lytle) Henson of East Galesburg, Illinois; three great grandchildren: Kolbey, Kwincey, and Karsyn Denning; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, David, two brothers and one sister.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Victoria, Illinois. She was a member of the Knox County Home Extension, an Iowa fan. She enjoyed antiquing, collecting glass and Irish collectables.

Celebration of Life will be held on from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Lincoln Park Shelter 010 (by the restrooms and wading pool) Galesburg, Illinois. Memorial contributions may be made to the Knox County Humane Society, in care of Gaye Henson at 306 South Center Street, Oneida, Illinois 61467.
