Suspect Wanted in Monmouth Shooting Incident Turns Himself into Authorities

On May 25, 2022 at 9:15pm, Spencer Sage, 18, of Monmouth turned himself into local authorities and is currently being held at the Warren County jail charged with 1st Degree Murder for the shooting death of Romel Gilliam on Monday the 23rd. Sage was a suspect in the shooting incident. Sage is awaiting his initial court appearance.
